Probably nitrogen. Nitrogen gas (N2) is larger than oxygen gas (O2) on a molecular level, so it tends to diffuse less quickly than oxygen (which composes ~20% of normal air).

There's a new craze that regular people want to pump nitrogen into their tires instead of regular air in order to improve gas mileage. I think it's a bunch of b*s as any savings would be negligible...but on a high performance race track, I can see it being helpful where seconds matter.
