Ok so two weeks ago, I was certain I was pregnant. Every symptom, faint + test, etc. Period came 2 days early and with a vengence. PAINFUL and lasted 8 days, so i assumed miscarriage, which the dr. did as well. (just check up and I was early enough for my body to flush itself).
Now, im still having symptoms. Nausea getting progressively worse, tired, heartburn, etc. Took a digital test yeserday and got a 'error' message but the test strip had two definate lines.
Could I still be preg? Twins runs in the family, could I have lost just one? Still have the hGC in my urine from two weeks ago? Ectopic?
I will retest at lunch (im at work).
Im having a tugging at my lower right ovary side but not painful.
Whats your opinion?

You may have had a chemical pregnancy. It is possible that you only miscarried one. Only an ultrasound can determine if you are still pregnant because an HPT can show a false positive for weeks after a miscarriage. Good luck.

Definitely touch base with your doctor and describe your continuing symptoms. I'm not a doctor, but here are a few things to consider:

1. It takes a while for the hormones to leave your body. After my miscarriage, it took a couple of months to really feel back to normal--including a few weeks of bleeding.

2. It IS possible to miscarry one baby and still have a health baby if you were carrying twins. My cousin experienced this and her son is a healthy 3 year old.

3. Don't ignore any sign of pain in your abdomin. I also had an ectopic pregnancy and wound up losing my left tube because it was close to rupturing.

If you're trying to get pregnant, take heart. I had one ectopic and two miscarriages before getting pregnant with my son. It was very difficult to get through, but God has blessed us so richly with our son. At least two of my friends have also been through similar ordeals and now have health, happy little ones running around!

you've been and then m/c and have not bled yet, or it ought to have been so early that it in simple terms aborbed into the lining and could come out on your next cycle. If all the exams following a ++ have ben adverse i'm guessing you the two a manner or the different have been given a pretend + or m/c alongside the way. I have been given a adverse beta and 3 adverse hpt's before getting a ++ beta this time around and a pair of of the hpt's i replaced into already 3 & 4 days late.

You could still be pregnant, When I was ten weeks pregnant the same happened to me, the doctors said I had/was miscarriaged,They sent me an ultra sound and the baby was still there and FINE, 3weeks later the same happened again but once again the scan showed the baby was still there. My little girl is now 4, a miracle!! If you think you are possibable still pregnant ask to have an ultra sound done then you will know for certain.

Sounds like it could be a number of things. I would definitely get to your ob/gyn as soon as possible and have it checked out.

Yep, that sounds like a really good question for a doctor, which we are not. See your ob/gyn asap.

Please see your doctor. hcg levels remain high for a while after a miscarriage, so HPTs would not be helpful for you at this time.
