help getting started?

what do you guys think would be a good idea to offer people at an agency? im opening a business offering translations, dmv services, taxes, insurance, etc. i need more services that bilingual people could use (people that don't speak much english) any advice is appreciated

One of the main places that need you expertise is any
senior citizen centers.The town in which I live hired somebody to do just what your doing for our center.
You are doing a great service to anyone that has to file
any paper work to local,state or federal agency's.
