How can I design a report that displays only the current record of a form in Access 2003?

Im trying to build this database of issues and one of the functions is to mail a report to the person the issue is assigned to. I need to know how to get that report to show only that record, rather than all of the open records in the database.

Though not sure whether you have tried to create report based on query generated with selection paramater which is passed as person's name.
