Well I would say Urban Outfitters, American Eagle, American Eagle, Abercrombie and Hollister give off a girly sense but id really suggest you do some online looking at the stores so you get a feel of what they offer :]

hollister is the best store ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!
im 13 too, and i dont wear skirts (they dont look good on me)
hollister has great jeans, sweatpants, sweatshirts, t-shirts, everything
before you go you could look online to see what you like.
another good idea is to try on stuff at hollister but not buy much, then when you get home you will know what size you are and you can order online. the reason im saying this is because there is TONS of stuff on clearance online now since christmas is over. lots of stuff is half price. i wish i had waited to buy clothes for christmas until now.everything is cheaper.

i also like wet seal, forever 21, and charlotte russe for cute original shirts...
