Bone-in Standing Prime Rib, sweet potato tamales, a light salad with blueberry pomegranite dressing and black cherry crepes for dessert. Love that food channel!

Dont know yet - got my dad, his wife (who has loads of dietry needs), my hubby, his dad, my daughter and possibly her boyfriend to feed - so I'm watching this space!!!!
possibly chicken casserole of some sort - but no dairy, got to be low fat - veg
fresh fruit salad (boring, but safe)
Ice cream dessert from the shops - lazy!
