I use vinegar. I pour it, full strength, in a spray bottle, and spray it on, let it soak, and then scrub it off. It works like a charm, and I think it's much better than anything else you can buy.

If your grout is not white, do not use bleach on it, since this will take the color out. The best store to get a good quality tile cleaner is your local janitorial supply store. Follow the directions closely. Then be sure to seal the grout. The best tile and grout sealer for the price is at Home Depot. Also the less water you use to clean on a daily basis the better.

They sell a grout cleaner at the hardware store. After you clean it really well seal it with a grout sealer and it will stay clean.
