Try extremely hot water on them, not the whole sweater, just cuffs. The heat should shrink them.

Not much...maybe use a rubber band and cover it over with the cuffs?

just buy a new sweater. this happens all the time
or you could cut a lil bit of the sleeves out and then sew it up again

try to stitch it back together with perhaps an elastric thin thread. nobody will probably notice.

lol...i realy dont know. i usually just turn my eyes away and throw the sweater out or just wear it at home.
