I would use jeans sparingly. This means you don't have to wear a suit but still need to look nice. Trousers, skirts, button-down shirts, sweater sets, business jackets paired with complementing pants (not necessarily matching), maybe some polo's, etc.

clean dressy jeans and a clean shirt,preferably either a button up or a pullover shirt,not a T-shirt for the guy with a nice clean pair of comfortable shoes,for a girl,nice pant suit,skirt and blouse,nice jeans and blouse,comfortable shoes.

I don't know about girls, but for guys it's soft collar Polo shirts and docker slacks. Leather but not loafer shoes. Like golf attire.
