I heard my supervisor talking about me. What he said doesn't make sense and was not true? He doesn't like me for untrue things? I don't get it. Do you?

He said he doesn't like me for being a very nice person and for being very rich.
I am a nice person. However, I am not financially rich.

He said I was very smart too. Yes, I am very smart.

What he is saying, I am sure, is that you incite considerable envy in him. And "rich" is a completely relative term: it just means "more money than I have" to a lot of people.

So you are nice, you are intelligent, and you have more money than he does, and he dislikes you rather than admires you? Sounds like his problem is envy, doesn't it? Try to have some compassion, but don't let him get you down. And don't, for Pete's sake, tell him you think envy is his problem; it will only make it worse.

Did your supervisor make these comments to you personally?
If so, you can ask him where he got his information about you.
If this was gossip you heard from another person about him speaking about you, the smart thing would be to ignore it.

You don't really have to care about the opinion of anyone who decides whether they like someone or not based on that person's checking account. Class snobbery is vile whatever class you are in.

Let it go in one ear and outta the other. Sounds to me like he is just telling a bunch of stuff that you dont like in order to cover up his true feelings about you which is he really likes you alot.

Who cares. You probably took his conversation out of context. It happens all the time at my job. People hear part of things and fill in the rest to make a completely bogus story.

He is sour graping. Don't bother replying to his comments. You will only dignify them if you react. So just do your work properly and don't bother with what he says.
