I just have this strange feeling in my nipples. when I was pregnant before I Know when I got a chill I got a tingling feeling in my nipples but not this time. Can someone please help.

oh that's simple... every pregnancy is different.. some times the nipples are the first to get sensitive... as in sore... but as far as the itchy feeling... well try extra lotion on them it should help with the itching.. but the soreness is kinda normal.. some girls get the tenderness when they get their periods others get it at the end of the pregnancy... some get it at the beginning.. nothing to be worried about.. it happens

My body reacted different to my 2nd pregnancy and my nipples itched both times and hurt. But probably not until 4 or 5 months.

Itchy nipples or breast usually mean the are growing in size. Mine did terribly in the beginning and this is my second pregnancy also. Lotions will help.

It sounds completly normal to me. I am almost 23 weeks pregnant and my nipples have itched the entire time. Its because our skin is so dry. Try putting lotion on your nipples and staying well hydrated. GOOD LUCK!!

I had the same problrm but the doctor gave me some cream to take the itch away. He said it was because they were getting bigger and they were dry. Talk to your doctor.
Good luck

Does it really matter? Just scratch them if you need to.
