I live in Fort Collins and I'd really like to be an event planner...any ideas on how to start?

I'm 22 and I'm starting to go to school for business. My ultimate goal is to own an event planning (mainly weddings) business. Any suggestions on how to get started? Thanks everyone!

Go work for an event planning firm for three to five years; then you'll know everything there is to know.
