If none of the other answers appeals to you, you could get a microphone so you don't have to type. Of course, transmitting sound along with video will increase the bandwidth required.

Or you could get dictation software.

You can look at websites with voice activated writing in them and look for freeware on the internet.

When you are doing "whatever" they should be typing to you, not vice versa! lol.
