It is never too early to start worrying but that does not mean you are pregnant. You can take a OTC pregnancy test. They are pretty accurate and detect pretty early.
Good Luck

It's not too early to test, if that's what you mean. If you're usually regular with your cycles, you should be safe to test for an accurate result. If you get a negative and your period still doesn't show up, see a doctor for a blood test.

And actually, if you have to use the word "worry" in this question, I'd say it's a little LATE to be worrying about pregnancy. If you don't want to get pregnant, use protection.

Most pregnancy tests are about 98% accurate the first day of a missed period. If you are 10 days late, I suggest taking a test to rule out pregnancy. 10 days is a lot to be late if you have regular cycles.

No. If you're usually pretty regular, you could be pregnant. If you've had recent weight loss or you're under a lot of stress, however, there could be other reasons for being late. Best thing to do is to take a pregnany test and see. Hope everything works out. Having a baby can be the best thing in the world, if you're totally ready.

Uh no....you could be 4-5 weeks already and could have tested nearly 2 weeks ago (some early response tests show results 4-5 days BEFORE a missed period). It's definatly time to start worrying.

Most home pregnancy tests can be taken if you're 7 days late. But if you do have a positive test, see your doctor to double-check that result and to begin making plans, no matter what those plans may be.

No.

Buy a pregnancy test (or go to your local health department). They can detect very early pregnancies now.
