I'm on Windows XP and haven't found a good way to do it.

I created a screensaver for another company that does this. I can send it to you if you want. I'm at work now, but will be going home in about 5 hours. Email me the logo and I will put it in and email you back the screensaver. My email is my user ID below my picture @yahoo.com

There are a few animation programs that are good and can do this job quickly. Some of the ones listed below may no longer be made but work great.

Right click anywhere at your desktop -> select properties -> screen saver -> select marquee -> then click on settings tab (button) there you have the option of typing text & click on format text for setting its font & its color after all that click "OK"

I truly have the aquarium. it is so cool and has the sound outcomes of an aquarium. I truly have a starfish that strikes around the "tank" or demonstrate I could say. i like it. human beings consistently compliment me at paintings.
