Well I'm not sure if Jesus had a pet, maybe he didn't have time to look after one with all the travelling and work he did, but who knows, he might have had a nice little dog or cat waiting for him when he got back from his work and travels, have a great new year.

you are asking this for kicks! right????!!!! nah! Why would the creator of the world... the God who made all heavens and earth, need a pet? Jesus the Christ had no pets. However he did heal many of them, and brought to life as a child some clay birds that he and some other children was playing with.... but the kind of character Jesus is, he came to do a work... a job.... and he did it, he had no time for the little things we concentrate so much on.

The great theologian who wrote the Peanuts characters, once had Snoopy pondering if Jesus had a pet and came to the conclusion - "Of course He did." We have little knowledge of Jesus' hidden life. I like to think of Jesus as a normal kid who loved animals and had many pets.

Yes he had a snake named Slither and he also had a ferret named Oscar. He did not care for cats or dogs. He also had at a younger age two gerbils named Chester and Lester. The lamb he had was more for other purposes not really as a pet but for various other unmentionable acts

Did people really keep pets back then? I doubt it. Animals were domesticated for work purposes, not so much companionship. It would be cool if the last supper painting showed him with a parrot on his shoulder, though.

If He did, I hope it was a lamb. And I also hope it didn't suffer a similar fate to Him. Ie. going to the slaughter.

Nice avatar btw. You stoned?

Happy New Year.

It was revealed to me recently in a dream that one of my ancestors had a close relationship with him.
