Tell her you just hit a lottery, you don't want your neighbor to know..if she wants part of that, do what ever you want her to do..it will work until she finds out you're lying..get your package, ready to run as hell..

You don't want to tell a woman to keep "quite", when she is quiet, you'll have a lost feeling...you had been yelled at all the time, right? Once she has shut up, you'd have only half left on you...

If anyone, man or woman, is constantly talking, that usually means they are trying to communicate something and don't think you are listening or understand.
To fix this, make sure you respond to what she says by making a comment like "I hear you" or "I get that".
It also helps to repeat what she said back to her so she really believes you have heard.
Once this is done, she will stop talking about at least that one thing.
This may become tiring and you may need a break from 'communicating'. If so, let her know. Tell her you want to know what she thinks, but right now you can't pay attention.
Set aside a time to let her talk.
If you are not interested in knowing her mind, ask yourself: what am I doing with her?

I AM LAUGHING! Is this possible? NO!! Sometimes I guess the best thing would be to explain you have a bad migraine/headache, and need some quiet time. Anything else may hurt her feelings and leave you in the doghouse!
