Aug. 21, 2006 — Sam Champion, weatherman of WABC-TV in New York, has been named weather anchor of ABC News' "Good Morning America," ABC News President David Westin announced today. Champion will begin at "GMA" on Tuesday, Sept. 5. In addition to his duties at "GMA," Champion has also been named weather editor of ABC News.

I like him. I always made sure to catch him when I could. Plus,he's a real cutie. Very easy on the eyes,our Sam is. LOL!
