Sometimes a hardmoney lender can help. I know of a company that could set you up with no payments for 6 months if you qualify.

Take 2 minutes and fill out the free situation evaluation form at

Call your current mortgage lender and ask them to help put you on a payment plan (forbearance or workout plan) if you truly are unable to make timely payments. This will affect your credit and you may have difficulty refinancing in the near future. I suggest you polish up your resume and go get a new job, you'll feel better about yourself.

And I also got $5 for filling out a survey about the kind of toilet paper I perfer lol. Anyway it is easy and there is no limit. The money will add up fast. It is free to use and they don't ask for any credit card info. Here is the link:

Don't know what your religious preference is, but if you belong to a church you could always talk to them about it, I've known many people who've gotten help with there bills from the church. Most churches have a fund set up just for that.
