Even Jay-Z says thirty is the new twenty.....

I have even heard that 50 is the new Thirty! in other words, you are not considered 'over the hill' until you are much older than you used to be. mostly this is because of our extended lifespan now. Also, more and more people are working longer and being much more active after 'retiring'.

Your plastic surgeon and everlasting diet may make you look younger than you mom did at that age, but inside, you body is aging and menopause is coming, and that gives you a reality check that is hard to miss.

As to sixty being the next fifty, I can only say, so what?
