What is the best way to celebrate new years eve with a girl for the first time?

If you really like her take her to someplace romantic. Don't involve too many of your friends or family - so this way you can pay attention to her and you will be alone with her.
Make sure to get her some flowers when you pick her up. A romantic restaurnat with a dance floor would be nice.
As long is decent enough, she will remember more of how you treat her than where you went, if you treat her well. Be attentive to her and be a gentleman.

Get her some flowers (nothing expensive) pick her up and take her to a nice romantic place. come back before 12 A.M. and take her to your house. You guys can just hang there and watch the yearly highlight films intill the ball drops.
