As they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Not only that, but beauty is only skin deep. A person's personality can bring out their inner beauty and make them look more beautiful than a person who is beautiful on the outside but not so in the inside. That being said and done, if I were to be totally superficial, I would have to say that it's a tie between Salma Hayek, Angelina Jolie, and Kate Winslett.
