Why do you want to do this? The only way is to ask them but you are stepping on dangerous ground getting other people's passwords.

If you want someone's password, ask them for it. If they choose not to give it you, just forget about it.

Be more specific. Is it a Windows password, Unix, Email, etc etc. What physical access do you have to their machine. What O/S does it run. What is it worth to you to be told how to gain access??
