Ok, first, I am assuming by the fact that you don't know where to get money that you haven't done a business plan. Stop everything you are doing and focus on a business plan first. It is boring, and tedious, and time consuming, but it is neccessary, especially if you don't have the ability to fund your own business.

If you are going to ask for funding, the people who are going to give you money are going to want to see that you aren't flying by the seat of your pants. They want to see that they will be able to recoup the money that they have loaned you, plus whatever interest or percentage is agreed upon to make it worth their while. Venture capitalists aren't doing this out of the kindness of their hearts, they want to profit on strong businesses with a likelyhood of success. A business plan will show them that you are serious about your business and have taken the time to think it all of the way through.
