I so feel you on this one! I have a beautiful 4 month old daughter but I want to get pregnant again as soon as possible! I think we'll wait until our daughter is a year or so before we even try to get pregnant again, but it's going to be hard to wait!
I can't tell you whether or not you should wait because I don't really know you or your situation, but if it feels right, I say go for it!
Good luck with whatever you decide and congrats on your baby boy!

Right now I 39 weeks with my 1st however my husband to be has already had two kids, ones 8 the other is 4 and ours will be here soon they are so far spaced apart I feel bad for the 4 year old because anything he likes that the the 8 yr old does not he teases him so bad about, so now all he wants to do, eat, watch ect is whatever his big bro is doing. I think it's making him grow up to fast. But if I say anything I'm wrong I dont think well have the smae problem with ours b/c she's a girl. But I think it would be better if they were closer togather that way they both have a chance to go thru all the proper stages, if there is such a thing.

If you want to go for it, then you should. The only thing is that it seems like the age between 18 months and 2 years can be rough with a little one, and then having a new baby around that time frame can be stressful, especially since the oldest doesn't really understand what's going on. Technically I didn't want to have two close in age, but I ended up having twins LOL :-) I'm not having anymore children, and I do get baby fever from time to time, but it eventually passes.

I was just going to use natural child spacing, but then when my period came back at 6 months pp I realised that my baby is still very much in need of breastmilk, which may dry up during pregnancy or be too painful to continue.
I decided to wait until he was at least a year old. Though at 9.5 months he is still very much a breastmilk baby.
That is just what went into my decision, obviously I can't tell you what is right for your. Oh... and another parent told me: "Don't wait until your kid(s) is/are out of diapers before having another, because once you are done with diapers going back is like a kick in the teeth"

If you think you can handle the stress of having two babies so close together I say go for it. My daughter has 3 children about 18 months apart and the stress really gets to her sometimes. It's pure bedlam when they're all able to walk and crawl. Just invest in a good pair of running shoes LOL.

well if you get pregnant soon, your son will be a little over a year when you have the other one. My brother and I are 15 months apart and we are the best of friends ever since we were in diapers. I say go for it.

if you want to have another one, and there is nothing standing in the way, go for it!! but my advice is wait at least until your son is potti trained. when they reach that age, they are very eager to help with the new baby.
