The first that comes to my mind for me is "Add It Up" by The Violent Femmes, which is strange because I don't care for The Violent Femmes. It's just this one song.

Lately it's been "First Day of My Life" by Bright Eyes. I love the song and it's just too short to listen to once.
I also do it with "Jesus, Etc." by Wilco and "New Slang" by the Shins.
PS. I just saw one of the previous answers re: Into the Mystic. Great Answer, I totally agree.

yes, Into the mystic by Van Morrison. It reminds me of when my children were little , after I dropped off my son at kindergarden, my youngest and I would dance. Brings back lots of wonderful memories
