not all are quiet!! may be the taurens you know have murcury in cancer...that sign is selective with words and is cautious/shy... murcury affects the mind-thinking, talking, views..etc.. ooh that reminds me! another sign that is extremely selective in words-LIBRA.. it's all about fairness in that sign.. although he won't fight for it like sagitterius (jupiter-juctice), he's all about balence... not TOO white or black.. not TOO agressive or gentle.. TOO offensive or backed up.. all about just making things right.. so that sign might be quiet or selective with words so he won't offend you.. another sign-SCORPIO.. it's a very mysterious sign.. if it's in murcury.. it's seduction style is very calculating, he'll be more determined, he'll be secrative, more private.. and a bit narrow minded...but he'll still possess the patience of a water sign.
that's just an idea of what murcury your guy posseses.. though i might be wrong.
ANOTHER THING IS...if all you get is a "yeah...uh huh".. did it ever occure to you that you're not that interesting? i'm not trying to offend but i say "yah uh huh" when people annoy me or don't interest me..

...and you REALLY think that has something to do with him being born in a certain month, huh? Maybe he didn't wanna talk to you 'cause your ideas are so freakin' loony!
Maybe he goes by the Chinese zodiac/horoscope/whatever... And it's not that he's a Taurus, it's that he was born in the year of the rabbit or something. I find rabbits to be rather quiet in nature, too. The last time I had a chat with a rabbit ---at the local park--- we had a converstion for 2 1/2 hours and that rabbit never said a word!
btw... I'm a Taurus, if you believe in that kinda stuff. (Sheesh!)

Im a taurus and im better at listenin to ppl then to talk its just easier. Not all Taureans are like that though some love to talk. It just depends on the person i guess.

That's funny-my husband is a Taurus! If he's anything like my husband-it's nothing personal. He is really one track minded. If he's watching TV-that's all he can do, if he's talking on the phone, that's all he can do,multi-tasking is not his thing. So, if your man is pre-occupied with a issue or is being distracted, that's about all you'll get out of him!

Taurus are bull headed and strongly stubborn. (the sign of the bull)...If they are not in the mood to converse they'll let you know the hard way. It's nothing personal It's just in their sign.

Im a aries/tarus cusp. Taurus's tend to be good listeners but not so good at making a conversation or keeping it going. I have to have a good conversationalist to keep me talking.
