how do people have unresolved ip addresses and still get on the internet?

i have seen some unresolved ip's before , i just got to thinking about it .how is it done ? ..i didnt know it was posssible!

I’m not sure if the IP address is static or dynamic, still you need it to be able to connect to the web using intranet. Whether you are using wireless or cable network, an automatic IP address will be given to you by your network provider. Even in cafes when there is Airborne access or Weroam, there’s always a proxy IP add needed.

It isn't possible. If you do not have an IP address, you cannot be on a network, including the Internet.
