list up all of your installed programs and click on "Show updates" your list will then repopulate and will show all updates installed on your computer.
To get to your programs list go to control panel install/uninstall programs
The other way is to go to the MS update site and click on your update history where all updates that your computer downloaded will show.

Go to Start> Run > type "cmd" (without quotations) you should now be faced with a black window, in which type "systeminfo" (without quotations again) it will list a lot of information, scroll back up and read the section called "Hotfixe(s)" This will give you every single one applied, however it will only display the KB name, meaning a search on google.co.uk or other may be in order for more detailed information.
