I believe the superstition is that if a black cat crosses the path right in front of you that you are walking, you will have bed luck. Personally, I do not hold with this superstition, but that is what the folklore is.

Yes, it's supposed to be if a black cat crossed the path in front of you, it's bad luck. However I find that the opposite is true for me. A black cat is very lucky. And I like to believe it's even luckier if you pet the cat that crosses your path.

a black cat cross my path on Friday the 13th and nothing happen but now I'm having bad luck but i doubt its b/c the black cat thing cause that happen like 8 yrs ago

Crossing in front of you (the path you will go) is considered bad luck according to the superstition.

If you study omens and learn to get in touch with your environment....no not tV and the computer but the Air, Water, Earth, Fire Spirit and Animals and Plants you will learn the wisdom that will make for a happy and satisfying life.

In many parts of Europe, the black cat isn't unlucky at all, but extremely lucky. You walk out of your way to put yourself in a place where a black cat can walk across in front of you lol. I've known several people who owned black cats, including myself, so those kitties were walking across our path ALL the time. Funny thing..... I never knew one of those people - again, including myself - who were anything but happy and successful in life.
If I were superstitious at all, I'd be in favor of the European idea about black cats. I'd say they definitely seem to be lucky lolol.

The cat will cross your will, it is only obvious after it happened it did cross that line some time before his born, they are truly obsolete at virtue and will decay not over time, being so cute and truthfull. Trust them not with your life or they will reposess it will full profit even to you. They are quite gifted these days except when respective and ubicous of other people´s needs, not just their pet parents.
They will go for the feat of valour when truly hungry and in enough despair as to contemplate oblivion and humility itself (ridicule before hairless petits they say). Do not trust my telepathy, this is all true, yet funny enough as to say it openly, they are disregarded from evolution to help us see what to do next with them as well, we are very polite and considerate as evolving and nature intended humans, of course.

Depends on where the cat wants to go. And your luck, good or bad, is not dependent on its crossing.

If you beleive in superstition strongly then please stay away from the path of the black cat because your consciousness will put that luck you refer to directly on you,be careful with you mind.
