As it stands right now, the Bulls have the best conference record at 14-4 and they continue to get better each game. I can see them making a very strong playoff run into the NBA finals.

Answer # 2:
I wasn't talking about their overall record I was referring to their record against all Eastern Conference opponents which is 14-4 and bests the Pistons conference record of 13-4 by half a game.

Jookemgood:
The Bulls are 2-0 against the Heat and as it stands the Heat are 9th in the Eastern Conference at 2 games under .500. I know its very early in the season but I expected more out of the defending champs.

The Wizards are playing some nasty basketball lately, although they had an extremely ugly loss to the bulls, they are giving other teams fits right now. Arenas is one of the best players in the league and the big three pretty much single handedly brought down LA, Dallas, and Phoenix. Dallas and Phoenix both had their winning streaks snapped by the wizards.

First of all, the Bulls are not 14-4. They are 17-12 or something like that. They can make the finals simply b/c Detroit has no dominant big man like Ben Wallace and Miami has a slow and injured Shaq.

Which other eastern conference team can match the Bulls depth, youth, and talent?

One of them, that's for sure. However, look at all the teams in the Eastern Conference without winning records.I doubt them making it to the NBA Finals, I mean, at that point I have great reason to believe that the fan in your head started fantasizing too much, just kidding. But the bulls will never even get close to the NBA finals, better yet the conference finals. They might get to the secound round and if they have a really horrible opponent, which they might or might not, then that will determine whether or not they make it to the conference finals, then in the conference finals they will be beaten, and that is the end of their story.

No, the team to beat in the East was, and still is the HEAT! Don't be fooled by the HEAT's mediocre record, they know how to take care of business when the going gets tough. The (not so) baby Bulls still have a few things to learn.

because of the fact of their prevailing streak and the actuality that they are enhanced the lead capacity no longer something come playoffs. i think of Miami is a superior group with extra constructive gamers who can rsie to the occassion. If Miami and Chicago performed great video games I nevertheless think of Miami would pop out on precise. Miami will win the East.

It certainly won't be anybody from the Atlantic Division, might have the first sub .500 team to win a Division ever.

of course they have big ben, gordon, and hinrich. i still dont get why they settled to trade chandler for mediocre players though. they should have tried to get a good C or PF or put him back to PF like how it was when eddie curry was in chicago.
