how long would it be if we connected in miami? (not including ground time)

From Rock City to DC non-stop is about 3 hours 42 minutes.....From the islands to Miami is about 2:38...And If you leaving down there now...send some music and a some pate...

There are three airlines serving from Saint Thomas (STT) to Washington (WAS): Delta Air Lines (DL), Spirit Airlines (NK) and United Airlines (UA). The trip always involves a stop: Delta stops in Atlanta (ATL); Spirit in Fort Lauderdale (FLL); and United in San Juan (SJU). It takes 5:30-6:30 hours overall. Through Miami (MIA), your travel would be on American Airlines (AA). From STT to MIA, it would take 2:45 hours. From MIA to WAS, it would be 2:20 hours. So the total would be 5:05 hours, not including connecting time.
