Alan Rickman would be fantastic!
Then again, he's fantastic in everything he does.

1st off hermiones - that story in the sun is total garbage.DTennant is going nowhere - fact.I read recently in a mag interview where he said he was there on the show for as long as they wanted him.
The 3rd series has just finished filming & the 4th won't even be commissioned by the BBC Wales til no.3 is finished next May or June.So how the sun got this i dunno. How can you leave something when you haven't even started it? It's just the press stirring it.

The Sun is a rumor rag. The BBC already made a stupid mistake in annoucning Eccleson's departure, I doubt they'd be stupid enough to release information like that prematurely AGAIN. Tennant now has a job he's wanted since he was a little kid...why would he leave after only three seasons??

i imagine Richard Coyle will be proper because the 11th known practitioner. he's a good actor and he has a quirkiness about him that's completely diverse to David Tennant yet he's unquestionably classic known practitioner cloth. He performed Jeff in Steven Moffat's comedy sequence 'Coupling' and he replaced into magnificent in it!!
