Song is crap, it was written for her when she won I think. Its cheesy and shouldnt be number one, but all the sheep flocked out to buy it unfortunately.

The song was written by Jorgen Elofsson and produced by Steve Mac. This was originally for Kelly Clarkson. It's very common in the US for companies to re-release a song with another artist under their management, hence this was given to the winner of X factor as they are given a contract in the same management company as the American Idol winner (19 mgt)
Leona has talent but not sure about that cheesy song though. Hopefully, she'll do well as I think she's got the talent to do so.

I think Kelly Clarkson was the original songwriter of/person meant to sing "A Moment Like This." I love this song! It was featured on her first CD, and it was the title of the CD, too.
