If you are looking for music that is free and legal, you can go to www.archive.org. For the most part, it isn't stuff that you hear on the radio, but depending on what you are into, you can find some interesting stuff there.

You need a file sharing programme on your PC. You can download 'www.Limewire.com' but there are risks as it carries spyware. Morpheus at www.morpheus.com claims to be adware and spyware free. The selection of tracks is wider on Limewire. Once you have your tracks downloaded, they'll be saved on your 'c' drive, right click, left click 'programme files' and find your file sharer. Connect your player to a usb and transfer from your saved file to your new 'drive'. To transfer, right click on the saved file and 'send to' the new drive.

http://www.limewire.com/ is the most used free file sharing site. make sure you have anti virus running before swapping any files. the free edition of avg available from http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/ does a good job. once you have installed limewire do a search for limewire pro. then install this and delete the original. pro is faster.

try Limewire on any computer or Acquistion if you have a mac. Acquistion is the best
