I use any dark color eye liner and blend with a sparkly pearl shadow you determine the thickness of the dark liner

Buy an eyeliner with a smudger on one end. After applying use the smudger from inner eye to outer eye both top and bottom. Be careful not to make the line too thick or it will look like raccoon eyes. If you need to narrow the line use a moist q-tip. If you still need to narrow it more take the top layer of cotton off of the q-tip, moisten it and do again. Also waterproof eyeliner is harder to smudge than regular. To enhance the look use some gray or dark brown eyeshadow applied under the eyeliner on the bottom and above the eyeliner on top. The eye shadow is applied with a q-tip with most of its cotton removed. Good Luck!

Take black or brown eyeliner and apply it around your eyes as usual, then smudge it around. For eyeshadow I really like brown because it looks good with my eye color, but you can try grey or dark brown and apply it darker towards the eye and lighten it up as you move up from the eye. I usually add a little bit underneath my eye, too.

Good luck!

Line your eyes with pencil eyeliner, and smudge it up a bit. Then apply black eyeshadow (or dark brown if you can pull it off) around your eyelids -- don't go overboard on the bottom, it'll look like you have dark circles (a no-no)!

Light brown eyeshadow over eyelid and then apply a darker brown to outer corners of eye. Then apply a dark eyeliner to upper and lower lid.

you need 3 shades of grey 1 of them being black - 1 - silver with sparkles - 1 flat grey, first put the silver over whole eye lid and top part then put the flat grey in just the out side crease of the eyelid, then on the eyelid black top with dark black eyeliner and you could throw some silver liner with that as well

use eyeliner under your eye and smudge it into the line and upper eye line, then use a silver or grey on the brow bone, also use pastels or cool colors on the lid and dont forget to use mascara.
