It's not just about fat intake. Watch your carb intake as well. Lower your overall calories. You need to get below 10% body fat to really start seeing your ab work.

i do no longer think of the "jelly abdomen" is the question. i think you're bearing on all the greater pores and skin that hangs down after a c-area. i understand many women who've this and characteristic it myself and no remember how narrow you get the exterior nonetheless remains. the pliancy of it has basically been taken away and no remember how lots weight you lose the exterior won't decrease. the comparable element happens while obese human beings lose too lots weight too speedy. there rather is not any thank you to thoroughly do away with it devoid of surgical operation--even as eating ordinary and workout would help those issues do no longer reason overstretched pores and skin to decrease. i'm no longer rather particular why it happens with c-area and not vaginal beginning yet once you will discover some thank you to make pores and skin decrease please enable me understand. sturdy success on your seek.

The body needs a certain amount of fat. it doesnt sound like youre overweight. as long as you continue eating right and exercising you should be ok. if you are still concerned see a doctor for a complete physical exam with labs. that will help determine if you have any metabolic imbalance.

It is not known if your heredity has this tendency to get fatty... If you are given to sedentary life and taking rich food, you will be prone to fattening... take more fruits and raw vegetables and less sugary, chilly, tinned and spicy stuff... take daily walk in the early mornings and do some specific yoga exercises (prescribed by a trained yoga teacher in the area) ... these would help you tremendously... good luck.

if you were once heavy, then lost a lot of weight quickly, this can just be loose skin.

Try LipoDisolve... It really works...

A girlfriend of mines had the same problem after having twins and after about 6 months she had lost all of the weight but had a lot of loose skin. She went there and after a month, the skin had gone away.

Its a non surgical procedure. Look for centers in your area.

Good luck!
