I don't know what is wrong. One of the walls in my room has a bunch of needle size holes on it. They are not holes caused by putting nails or thumbtacks to hang a picture. I don't know how they appeared. When you put your finger to touch it, the hole gets bigger because my finger went through. Can someone tell what is wrong. Does I have mold, termites or is the wall just rotting away?

It's probably termites. I had the same problem, although not nearly so bad. You might look for little droppings that look like sawdust on the floor below the holes. Your house will definitely need treatment, possibly fumigation depending on the extent of infestation.
If the drywall is severely damaged, it would be best to have it replaced. When the drywall is removed, the house framing can be inspected for damage. It may be necessary to replace some studs or other wood members. Your termite company can probably make these repairs, although you might want to get another estimate from a general contractor.
Before the new drywall is hung, you might want to insulate the walls if they have not already been insulated.
I'd recommend entering into a service contract with your pest control company. They will perform an annual inspection and perform any necessary treatment as part of the contract. Plus, they will come out any time during the year when you find a problem. An infestation as bad as yours may require more than one treatment.

without knowing what type of material was used in the wall, it's not 100% accurate to say termites. There are other bugs, (maggots for one) that will eat sheetrock material. Not doubt you have a bug problem, and you should call an exterminator to work the problem. It may not all be doom and gloom

You've got a BAD infestation of termites... so bad, they ahve gotten thru to eat the paper on your sheetrock. Call an exterminator NOW!
