I think some women believe that there is good in the man and she will be the person to bring it out. Some people look for acceptance from the people the give it the least. It is like a challenage game, if I can show that I care a lot for this person, then he will want to do the same for me. Sadly with this game there are any prizes given!

Seems to add to the excitement for some. Some women are doormats and others are bossy mares - fortunately for me but not my hubby I am the latter of the 2, I just like to meet somewhere in the middle with us both being working parents (still a little opptomistic these days)

the woman is misguided until she matures ((some don't)) - this type of guy is usually inner-focused and when he shows outward attn to this woman, she thinks,,, hmmmm he doesn't show this side towards many, he must really like me a lot! its a false sense of confidence. unfortunately he'll treat her like the rest of the inferior world soon enough,, and after the woman is hurt may times by him and similar relationships, she'll mature and figure out inner-focused people don't magically chng for the long haul becuz they're "in love". she'll start looking for an equal partner that can give as well as receive.

What would make you think that women prefer that? Maybe you just had an experience with one confused woman who seemed to want that. I assure you that the average woman does not want to deal with a selfish man.

its the everest factor. who would want to climb everest if it was going to be easy. i think some women - not all- like to think theyll be the special one who can change the man, and that it'll be worth the trouble in the end. men are like that too though really. if a woman is nice to him he ends up having no respect, taking her for granted etc. this is why there are loads of decent blokes head over heels in love with bitches, and loads of nice girls being treat like s**t by an idiot.

Since the beginning of time, women have been attracted to losers, creeps, bullies, you name it, the more unfaithful a man is, the more he ill-treats them, the more they love it. Anything else is considered boring and not fun. You can level untold amounts of love and care to raise them and educate them and still they seem to find and stick to the biggest wanker on Earth...no one will ever know the answer to your question

I'm not sure that they do!
I would say that women would like a man to do lots for them and expect nothing for himself as he can manage to do everything for himself.
I would like to be treated like a princess..... though I would never admit it!
