I don't have the vol 2 soundtrack yet (just the 1st one) but I went to amazon and listened to the tracks... the Spanish song at the end is MALAGUENA by SALEROSA CHINGON.
I wasn't too fond of the song offerings from the 2nd vol as I was in the 1st, but I do love that end song. Now I know what it's called too :)

Malaguena by Salerosa Chigon
