When my son had a bad virus that gave him diareah, my Dr suggested half strengh formula if he wouldn't drink pedialite. He was about your child's age or maybe a little younger when this happened.
I believe what it was was 4 oz water to 1 scoop of formula (instead of the normal 2 oz water to 1 scoop formula). I would suggest trying this, but first call your pediatrician and make sure the suggested dilution is correct.
The key thing is to get the fluids in.

If your baby hasn't peed in 6 hours, skip the doctor and proceed directly to the ER.

Edited to add:
Well pedialyte tastes nasty and formula makes her puke. Have you tried just plain water? Water with a little sugar? Your baby is really too young for almost anything else.

Try diluted juices. If she can't keep that down then she needs to see the doctor. Will she suck on the pedialyte popsicles?

You need to take her to the doctor. If she is throwing up and has diarrhea when she has formula she might be having a problem with the formula.

Are you guessing she has the flu or did a doctor diagnose it? Talk to your doctor if she continues to have problems with formula. She may need to change to soy milk.

Don't give her formula....give her watered down juice and see if she'll drink that. The formula is upsetting her stomach. Let her suck on a freezie or try a popsicle...even water in her bottle. Any liquids are good as long as they're not too sugary and she'll keep them down.
Good luck!!

All you need to do is, don't give your baby any formula for next 10 days , formula containing milk attracts more bacteria on top of what she has, so give he lucozade, soda, (shake out fizz) and water, no fresh fruits especially oranges and apples, if she continues to refuse, take to the hospital to prevent dehydration, and a IV will be given to replaced lost fluids, also nipples should not be given on bottles.
