I dont think he is. His frightened thing is just an act so he doesnt have to do the dirty work.

Scooby is a wussy and his show sucks, oh we got a mistery, it's always the same mistery, some dude in a monster suit. Boring.

Everybody knows Shaggy was blowing Scooby too many shotguns..hey, it makes you paranoid!! lol Yea, i think he just wanted to hang out..and munch pizza w' Shaggy while everyone else went to find the clues..i mean they were always just sorta goofing off when they were "working" weren't they.

No he isn't even though he's normally scared at first, he's normally the key player in the end to help them catch the bad guys... I think he's very brave actually...
