There are so many different kinds of "work" rather than just in an office - there are so many movies that depict the military, the police, firefighters, doctors/nurses, hookers, drug dealers, babysitters, fastfood workers, garbage men, construction, government workers - such as the president or even royalty. And, by the way, Office Space is actually about work and a love story. Not many movies are about one issue - that's boring.

There's a film that was made in the 80's called "Head Office", which is a spoof on big business. It might not be what you're looking for but it is entertaining. It stars Eddie Albert, Danny DeVito, Judge Reinhold, Jane Seymour, Rick Moranis to name a few.
