Call your doctor, explain your symptoms, and schedule a blood test. Some women never get positives on the pee sticks.

If you're not pregnant, you may be anovulatory and not getting your period for that reason. Either way, you need to be checked out.

Ever have signs of PCOS? It's a condition where women get all the symptons of pregancy - gain weight from hunger, miss periods without taking birth control pills, sore nipples and breasts, constantly tired and dizzy, and nausea and diarrea.

Also, a thyroid problem in women can cause these like symptons.

Information on the web is available on both of these diseases.

Pregancy tests aren't alwasy 100% right go to a doctor just in case.

Talk to your doctor. Where I live you need 3 missed periods before they'll do a sonogram. See what your doctor says about their rules. Then wait the month and see what happens. I know you hate to hear it, but it could be false pregnancy. If you are wanting a baby too much, your body could be showing symptoms without a real pregnancy. Another option is you didn't ovulate that month for whatever reason.

Go to a doctor. Some women do not have strong enough pregnancy hormones to cause the test to come out positive. With the doctor they can do a blood test.

Make a doctor appointment! They will be able to help you find out if you're really pregnant or if there's something else wrong. Good Luck!

You probably should see your doctor, so they can do a blood test. That way you'll know for sure.
