You should be able to find what you want in any dept. store, but more importantly, if you're going to wear it over a T shirt make sure you get a jacket with un-padded shoulders. Padded shoulders, look too much like a suit jacket, that look you don't want with a T shirt.

JCPenny usually has great deals on men's suits or sport-coats alone. That's where we get all my husbands stuff. If you catch them during a sale, that's great!

Try Ryan Seacrests closet. I am just kidding. most clothing stores sell sport coats.

Try Hollister or Abercrombie and Fitch if you're looking for name brand. I think even Wal-Mart and Target carry these now though, so they can probably be had for cheap there.
