Hey sup bro...

Well personally iPod Nano has no alternative (my personal opinion)... even though it lacks several features, that are being offered in other less expensive rival models.

However you'd be interested in the following (my second best choice after the iPod Nano)...

iRiver Clix 2GB (in a nutshell)...

(General)
Product Type:- Digital Player.
PC Interface(s) Supported:- Hi-Speed USB.
Digital Player Signal-to-noise Ratio:- 90 DB.
Weight:- 2.50 OZ.

(Radio)
Radio Signal-to-noise Ratio:- 60 DB.
Tuner Type:- Digital Radio Tuner.
Tuner Bands:- FM.

(Digital Player/Recorder)
Formats Supported:- ASF, MP3, Ogg Vorbis, WMA.

(Battery)
Battery:- Rechargeable Battery.
Battery Enclosure Type:- Internal.
Estimated Battery Life:- 25 hours.

The unit retails between $160 - $190.

I hope that helped.

Peace out,
LFI.

the very appropriate for me may be the imaginative Zen MicroPhoto. It does exaclty the same issues through fact the Nano, purely it does not help album paintings. this is greater advantageous through fact: It does have an FM radio. Voice recorder equipped in. Buttons do away with darkness from and look outstanding interior the lifeless of night (not a substantial factor yet impresses your human beings) this is purely $one hundred seventy.
