I would opt for the cardigan if I were you, it pretty cold out and you don't want to be getting a chill on top of everything else you'd be getting by wearing that tee shirt now do you, have a great new year.

Hi Doyle,
Think about it- wear the T-shirt,but drape the cardigan over it- that way,nobody but you knows that you're number one except you.
Then you can reveal it to those who are worthy of you.

hi i would wear the t-shirt with a good coat ..as it may get a wee bit cold...but the cardigan sounds a little old fashion to me..
