She should weigh whatever she wieghs. If you think its starting to interfer with her health. Then do fun activities with her. Ask her if she wants to go skating, orfor a walk in the park, or bowling or something like that. To be completely honest, Im black and kinda thick so when i was that age i was about 115, 120 and the boys loved it. I liked the way i looked and nobody was into that skinny thing then anyways. Im only 21 so it wasnt that long ago. If you think there is really health issues take it to her but it approch the conversation very lightly, and be very careful not to say anything offensive. Girls are very sensitive about weight and she might think you dont like her size, or that you are trying to tell her that she is fat or that she needs to lose weight or something. Let her know that you love her just they way she is and then go into the conversation if you think it needs to be talked about. Good luck.

BMI is a good start, but that is only a general rule of thumb. Best bet is to get her involved with some sort of physical activity so excercise won't feel so much like a chore, and more of a fun habit (and remember if she starts to build muscle she is naturally going to weigh more and be healthier). If she is 13 she is old enough to understand what impact food and exercise have on her body, and more than old enough to start a routine of regular physical activity. More importantly, set that example. If you encourage her to be physically fit, don't be a couch potato your self. Get out there with her. Active parents generally have more active and healthy children, which is so very important for them. Bad habits will be much harder to break down the road. Also, weight is not so much the best variable to determine her health. Focusing too much on weight and not enough on healthy decision making is a terrible example for a girl that age. Society will do enough of that, unfortunately.

You have to look at two things she is at a very strange stage of her life, look back at your self at this age, everything is disproportioned. Don't be discouraged at her if she is under or over weight just make sure she is eating the right foods and getting the right exercise...She is still a kid so don't put it on her to have a healthy life style...A doctor is the only one to say what she needs to weigh, they look at more than just height and weight..

for women the standard weigh is 1"=1.7lbs so you daughter should be 64 x 1.76lbs=112.64lbs precisely
If she is above this then ask her undergo Cellular Nutriiton programme (which is popular in 63 countries)- replacing two of her meals either partially or fully and having one meal of her choice, consuming for every 44lbs one litre water to get the desired results.
