Absolutely NO. Indian police take instructions from their local state political bosses I mean the party in power and CBI just follows what the Union Home Minister and Prime Minister ask it to do. Nothing more and nothing less.

Indian reservations are considered independent nations with their own laws, courts etc. they are in fact a sovern nation. therefore the law enforcement, although "federal employees" are in fact an independent organization

They are supposed to be independent...but as is evident from today's scenario they are just puppets in the hands of politicians and local big shots....

THEY ARE THE MOST CORRUPT PEOPLE. THEY LEARN TO BE RICH FROM THEIR CORRUPT RICH POLITICIANS. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT GENERAL PUBLIC.
