Who is the more notorious enemy, Davy Jones or Barbossa?

I know that Davy Jones is definitly more scary on looks, but then again Barbossa is just well...evil! Some one tell me who's the more worthy enemy for captain jack.

barbossa he was jacks first known enemay we didnt know anything about davy jones till the second movie but he is the bigger threat!!!
